As Amazon’s site operations expanded across multiple countries, the technical onboarding process became fragmented. Legacy documentation was too dense, leading to a "ramp-up" period that delayed operational efficiency for new site staff.

I transitioned the training from a text-heavy manual to an experiential, scenario-based curriculum. Using the ADDIE model, I led a global design sprint to identify the most critical "First 30 Day" tasks.


With 13,000+ associates across multiple distinct brands, Guitar Center faced high turnover and strategic mis-alignment due to inconsistent leadership capabilities among Sr. Leadership and frontline managers. The organization needed to save costs while increasing leadership engagement.

I acted as a Performance Consultant to the executive team to define a "Single Source of Truth" for leadership expectations.
